Employment condition: Permanent Staff (Probation period: 6 months)Working hours:  9:00-17:45 (Rest time: 1 hour (12:00-13:00)) Holidays: Saturday, Sunday, national holidays, year-end holiday, established anniversary day, special holiday, and compensatory holiday

■Roles and responsibilities

Plan and lead 4P strategy (product / price / place / promotion) for the SMB businessProduct portfolio management based on market, competitor and business analysisSet price and profit managementManage sales promotion budget including the rebate programChannel strategy management with sales action planningCo-work with marketing team to plan promotion strategySupply forecast based on sales planningStrategy implementation to sales and other team

Requirements

Must Have – essential

Proven track record in distributor/partner strategy and business growth within the Commercial IT technology sector, or background in a technology-focused consulting firmAbility to lead and inspire teams as a senior leaderOut-of-the-box thinker who can identify new business opportunities and drive further growthStrong problem-solving skills with a data-driven approachExcellent analytical skills and the ability to communicate logically and clearlyBusiness-level proficiency in both English and Japanese
