Job Description Insight Global is seeking a Business Enablement Specialist to join one of their top financial clients in the tri-state area. This individual will be joining the sales enablement technology team and work at the intersection of business strategy and technology/data that will drive growth and innovation. This role helps our banking teams employ new capabilities to develop and grow customer relationships, while also helping to shape the next generation of tools on our Salesforce platform. Combining business analysis, solution design, and change management, this individual will work with business users to drive adoption and change to Salesforce and other core banking platforms, while additionally collecting feedback, documenting change and processes to be implemented by technical partners. We are seeking someone with a strong commercial banking background and understanding of Salesforce.
