As a Commercial Business Analyst, your main focus will be to work in commercial analytics, using data and insights to support sales, marketing, and e‑commerce performance. You analyze campaigns, customer behavior, and performance metrics to drive informed commercial decisions.
This on-site role reports into our Commercial Manager and is based out of New York Support Office.
A Day in the Life

Insights and Analytics
Plan, quantify and drive execution of tactical activations in the Sales Market, in collaboration with Continent SP (e.g., on article selection), within the budget and frame set by Global (e.g., maximum discount)Consult and collect input from Commercial Leads on plan and execution of tactical activationsDrive business cases and follow-up of 'Big rocks', in alignment with Commercial Manager and Commercial leadsConduct sales follow-up, analyzing and generating sales insights from reports and dashboardsConduct 360 analysis from customer, web and sales perspective to gather insights relevant for Commercial teamAnalyze full funnel web performance across .com and app, including traffic, user behavior, product performance, and salesSupport providing insights on campaign effectiveness, including conversion attribution and return on ad spendAnalyze sales, customer and web data to draw insights related to QCP, product, assortment and pricingPlan, support, and evaluate A/B and multivariate testing to optimize customer experience and conversion in online store and CRM/EmailConduct customer segmentation, cohort analysis, and product performance reviewsImplement tagging, tracking, and SEO analytics to ensure accurate data collection and improve visibility in owned channelsCollaboration

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Data Science, Statistics, Economics, or related field2+ years’ commercial analytics experience, preferably in eCommerce or fashion retailProficiency in Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Tableau, and Power BIStrong knowledge of A/B testing methodologies and web tracking implementationStrong analytical, reporting, and presentation skillsAdditional InformationWhy You’ll Love Working at H&M

Compensation: salary range is $132,560
