As a Commercial Business Analyst, your main focus will be to conduct customer segmentation, cohort analysis, and product performance reviews; Act as expert user of SQL and data platforms, supporting data extraction; and provide insights on campaign effectiveness, including conversion attribution and return on ad.
This on-site role reports into our Commercial Manager and is based out of the Toronto Support Office.

Insights and analyticsConduct 360 analysis from customer, web and sales perspective to gather insights relevant for Commercial teamAnalyze full funnel web performance across .com and app, including traffic, user behavior, product performance, and salesProvide insights on campaign effectiveness, including conversion attribution and return on ad spendAnalyze sales, customer and web data to draw insights related to QCP, product, assortment and pricingPlan, support, and evaluate A/B and multivariate testing to optimize customer experience and conversion in online store and CRM/EmailConduct customer segmentation, cohort analysis, and product performance reviewsImplement tagging, tracking, and SEO analytics to ensure accurate data collection and improve visibility in owned channelsAct as expert user of SQL and data platforms, supporting data extraction and team upskillingCollaborationGenerate regular reports and dashboards with actionable insights for stakeholdersSupport Experience Lead, E-com Leads, Commercial Managers and Marketing team with analytics activities and share insightsQualifications
Who You Are:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Data Science, Statistics, Economics, or related fieldProficiency in Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, SQL, Tableau, and Power BIStrong knowledge of A/B testing methodologies and web tracking implementationStrong analytical, reporting, and presentation skills2+ years’ web analytics experience, preferably in eCommerce or fashion retailAdditional Information

Compensation: salary is $97,200
