What you'll do: Support the sales team in building and maintaining relationships with builders, vendors, and contractors while managing vendor partnerships to ensure product availability and alignment with company objectives Provide customers with accurate information on product offerings, pricing, and availability while identifying and capitalizing on new sales opportunities Assist in bid processes, pricing strategies, and promotional initiatives to drive revenue growth and market penetration Track and analyze sales data to develop competitive pricing models, profitability strategies, and demand planning Ensure smooth operations at the Builder Sales Center by managing orders, addressing customer inquiries, and collaborating with supply chain teams to maintain optimal inventory levels Monitor key performance metrics, including customer satisfaction, order fulfillment, and sales growth Act as a liaison between sales, operations, marketing, and supply chain teams to ensure business alignment and effective communication Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to provide strategic insights and improve service levels Assist in preparing reports and presentations to support decision-making and business strategy development What you'll bring: Experience in sales support, operations, or customer service, preferably within the building materials or construction industry Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build and maintain relationships Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively Problem-solving mindset focused on enhancing customer satisfaction and operational efficiency What you'll earn 401(k) with employer match Medical, dental, and vision insurance PTO, company holidays, and parental leave Paid training and certifications Legal assistance and identity protection Pet insurance Employee assistance program (EAP) QXO is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
