Commercial BMC Manager

**WHAT'S THE ROLE**
The Commercial Manager is responsible for implementing commercial strategies across the product lines to deliver increased revenues and subscribers, retain customers and improve customer experience to achieve the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) targets. This position will require a strategic thinker who is passionate about building products that customers love. S/he will be required to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment while working with cross-functional teams to design, build and roll-out products that deliver the company’s vision and strategy.
**WHAT YOU'LL DO**
+ Planning and executing strategies, over both the short and long term, to maintain and increase revenues by launching new products or services in conjunction with the central Commercial
+ The role holder will develop and execute pricing strategies, taking into account central Commercial guidance, conditions in the market and the aggressiveness of the other
+ Developing and executing loyalty programs to reduce churn and maximize the return on investment in acquiring new customers will be another key responsibility.
+ The Commercial Manager will also be responsible for researching and understanding the local market, anticipating its evolution and the necessary steps to capture new
+ The role holder will be the custodian of the brand's implementation able to successfully adapt marketing plans to support brand objectives and revenue and profit
+ The successful applicant will be expected to work closely with service delivery team, central group commercial and marketing teams ensuring delivery on BUs strategic objectives for growth, CSR and operational matrices.
+ Manage and motivate B2C sales, back office and distribution teams to increase sales and ensure efficiency.
+ Managing stock levels and making key decisions about stock control.
+ Create and Foster an environment that values employees and encourages cooperation, open communication and teamwork.
+ Manage, coach, and mentor team members to clarify objectives and performance expectations in accordance to the company’s performance management system.
+ Support any employee engagement activities and enable innovative-wide thinking in the team.
+ Responsible for all marketing, communication , PR activities and Events.
+ Develop existing partnerships and create new partnerships by maintaining a network of prospective partners and translating into strategic alliances; generating incremental revenue to the business.
+ Perform any other related task that may be required
**WHAT YOU'LL NEED**
+ Bachelor's degree in Marketing or equivalent• Ideally 5+ years of experience in Telecoms in Mobile,
+ Broadband or TV consumer services; other FMCG
+ industry backgrounds considered
+ Experience of retail/ channel management
+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills• Excellent presentation skills• Expert analytical and numerical skills a must • Experience of managing teams • Comfortable working in large, international, matrixed environments • A team player - able to see the bigger picture for the organization • Strong communication skills • Ability to create and interpret sales and margin data • Ability to understand and interpret customer insight through NPS • Commercial expertise and financial awareness • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Ability to deliver multiple requirements
