In this role, you will:

Participate in building and maintaining effective relationships with existing clients within their products or functional area, including sharing relevant information with coverage partners and senior peersReview and analyze basic business, operational, or technical assignments or challenges that require research, evaluation, and selection of alternatives, and exercise independent judgment to guide medium risk deliverablesParticipate or provide support to review and analyze low to moderately complex client portfolios for key issues related to cash flow, liquidity, leverage, working capital, debt coverage, collateral and enterprise value analysis, and repayment sources, including for use in periodic reviews as well as interim underwriting memorandaPresent recommendations for resolving low to moderately complex situations and exercise independent judgment while developing expertise in the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirementsPartner with senior peers within the context of individual deals and client relationships to develop inquiries or identify gaps to support the understanding of clients’ businesses, strategic objectives, operational priorities, and financial positions to identify and execute on opportunities for modifications, renewals, and refinancingsParticipate in regular portfolio reviews to manage risk and lead problem loan resolutions, where applicablePartner with product management functional partners to provide feedback on the use of tools to deliver credit solutions more effectively, meeting client and market needsCollaborate and consult with senior peers and functional partners to resolve client servicing requests and inquiries related to their productContribute to functional area planning related to a given product


Required Qualifications:

2+ years of secured or specialized lending relationship management or portfolio management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in accounting, business, economics, finance or related field1+ year of Commercial Banking or ABL experience  Loan and Portfolio Monitoring and Administration experienceExperience in client facing role with focus on problem solving and/or client experienceAdvanced experience in MS Office suite of productsStrong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracyExcellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skillsAbility to work effectively in a team environment and across all organizational levels; where flexibility, collaboration, and adaptability are important Energetic, quick learner, positive attitude, self-motivatedAbility to work independently, organizing and managing multiple priorities


Job Expectations:

Ability to travel up to 10% of the timeAbility to work a hybrid work scheduleSpecific compliance policies may apply regarding outside activities or personal investing; affected employees will be expected to provide information to the Wells Fargo Personal Account Dealing Team and abide by applicable policy requirements if hired. 

Pay Range
 

Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.

$92,000.00 - $145,000.00
