As a Commercial Attorney, you’ll be a trusted advisor working side-by-side with procurement, supply chain, and sales teams, helping to drive strategy and protect the company through smart, practical legal counsel.

What you’ll do:

Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial contracts that align with business goals while minimizing riskProvide practical legal guidance to internal stakeholders across procurement, supply chain, and salesServe as the primary negotiator with external contract counterparties to protect the company’s interestsOwn and manage the full contracting lifecycle, from early business planning through execution and implementationSupport the legal team with additional commercial and corporate legal matters as neededThis role reports directly to the Senior Vice President, General Counsel, and Secretary.

What you’ll bring:

Licensed attorney with a JD from an accredited law school and admission to practice in Wisconsin2–4 years of experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts in a business-focused environmentA proactive, independent, and solutions-oriented mindset—able to work with minimal direction and drive matters forward efficientlyStrong communication skills, with the ability to translate complex legal concepts into clear, actionable guidance for non-lawyersStrong business judgment, responsiveness, and a collaborative approach to working with both internal teams and external partners
