The Opportunity Your Impact The Commercial Analyst Associate will support the PepsiCo Beverages North America (PBNA) Team by analyzing customer data and tax information, ensuring accurate validation and follow-up on each case. This role is part of a dynamic group responsible for driving accuracy and consistency across initiatives so that all teams involved can perform at their best to achieve strategic goals. The analyst will be expected to collaborate closely with finance global teams, project designers, and other stakeholders to implement new processes, identify opportunities for improvement, and provide solutions that enable effective decision-making. Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential. Responsibilities Manage incoming requests through the ticketing system, ensuring timely and accurate responses aligned with business priorities. Follow up on stakeholder requests, providing effective solutions and clear communication at all stages. Maintain continuous, open communication with stakeholders to strengthen relationships, align expectations, and improve SLAs. Establish and maintain processes to identify, track, resolve, and report on customer-related issues. Support the development and implementation of process improvements and automation initiatives. Participate in fine-tuning activities to enhance individual and team performance. Prepare and deliver reports and dashboards to monitor progress, highlight trends, and support decision-making. Qualifications Who Are We Looking For? Minimum of 1 year of experience in Commercial, Finance, or Customer Service roles. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data analysis tools). Strong English language skills (written and oral). Intermediate French language proficiency Demonstrated ability to gather, compile, and integrate data from multiple sources. Knowledge of data governance models and Customer/Material hierarchies. Experience building dynamic dashboards and/or reports at different levels of detail using PepsiCo-standard tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent). Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively. Detail-oriented, proactive, and adaptable to a fast-paced, changing environment.
