Chemours is seeking a **Commercial Analytics & Intelligence Lead** to join our growing **TSS** team. This position will be available at the Wilmington, DE site (remote applicants may be considered) and report directly to the **Commercial Excellence & Transformation Office Leader.** TSS is developing metric-driven commercial capabilities by utilizing in-house analytics to improve sales enablement tools and S&OP forecast accuracy. The commercial excellence team leads cross-functional governance and change management efforts for foundational CRM operations and provides strategic data visibility across sales, marketing, demand, and supply chain functions. The team is looking for a strong resource to serve as the TSS Commercial Analytics & Intelligence Lead, responsible for centrally developing integrated analytics and consolidating business intelligence capabilities aligned with Chemours Pathway to Thrive strategy. The Lead will also be the Business Product Owner for TSS’ CRM solution. This role reports through the Commercial Center of Excellence and works collaboratively with Regional Commercial Leaders, the Enterprise Digital teams, and functional partners to develop and implement key analytics processes that enable TSS commercial teams to make informed decisions and differentiate TSS in the markets it serves. **The responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to, the following:** + Orchestrate integration efforts between our commercial data systems, including SFDC, SAP, C4 Hybris, OMP, Alteryx, PowerBI, and facilitate connectivity standards to Chemours Data Warehouse / SQL Servers. These integrations will be the foundation for commercial operations and analytics capabilities. + Maintain and advance a unified set of analytics tools that provide actionable insights to TSS Commercial teams and aligned with Enabling Growth pillar of Pathway to Thrive. This includes performing advanced business analysis to support decision making, as well as troubleshooting and resolving any related issues with the tools. Enabling Growth data sources include Risk & Opportunity management, SFDC Objects related to commercial KPIs (Opportunity Pipeline, Account Plans, Call Reports, Leads, CQSIs), Customer Relationship surveys, OMP data analytics, etc. + Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Customer Excellence, TSS Connect Program Management and Regional Process Owners to maintain commercial/digital best practices and enable change management initiatives. + Act as the Business Product Owner for the Chemours CRM solution (SFDC). In this role, the Lead will partner with commercial leaders to drive the use of SFDC globally in ways that advance TSS commercial excellence, including owning the SFDC development roadmap for TSS and alignment with SFDC enterprise team. The Lead will also provide direction and guidance to the Regional SFDC Key Users, consistent with regional objectives. Push SFDC data cleanup projects for contacts, account plans, call reports, CQSIs, Leads, and standard opportunities. + Coordinate development needs with the TSS Connect Program Manager to successfully deploy new analytics features within current & future portal development phases. + Pilot and champion digital tools with TSS Commercial teams to connect key business functions. Embed these tools into S&OP cycles and iterate based on feedback. Key focus areas on AI tools and AI-based commercial operations capabilities/enablement. + Provide digital upskilling to TSS organization by facilitating training and/or demonstration on best practices ranging from 1:1 meetings to global knowledge sharing. + Maintain and improve upon process documentation, consolidation, and accessibility of TSS analytics & intelligence tools. + Identify and act on opportunities for continuous improvement within the TSS Digital ecosystem. + Provide support for broader Business Intelligence objectives as directed. **The following is** **_required_** **for this role:** + Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field + Minimum of 3 years of experience with Salesforce data management and reporting + Over 5 years of hands-on experience with SQL Servers, Alteryx workflows, and Power BI dashboard development + Comfortable analyzing data in a business context, and using it to tell a compelling story + Capable of self-managing within an ambiguous environment + Acts with a high degree of ownership and accountability + Capable to lead and influence peers and managers + Detail-obsessed + Demonstrates effective communication / listening capabilities + Able to think critically, synergize information, and solve problems creatively **The following is** **_preferred_** **for this role:** + Awareness of Google Data Suite and Marketo Munchkin code capabilities + Coding / Data Science experience + Effectively shares knowledge and trains peers **Benefits:** Competitive Compensation Comprehensive Benefits Packages 401(k) Match Employee Stock Purchase Program Tuition Reimbursement Commuter Benefits Learning and Development Opportunities Strong Inclusion and Diversity Initiatives Company-paid Volunteer Day We’re a different kind of chemistry company because we see our people as our biggest assets.
