PRIMARY FUNCTION:
• In-charge of managing data for both internal and external sales which includes preparation of regular sales performance reports and dashboards for management
• Assist in tracking KPIs for the sales team
• Ensure accurate monthly sales force performance reporting
• Analyze sales data for strategic insights
• Work closely with sales, marketing, and finance teams to align strategies and targets
• Monitors and organizes sales and inventory information for appropriate local and above country reporting
• Manages and tracks PAF system via encoding and coordination with distribution partners.
• Reviews billing submission of Distributors and suppliers to ensure efficient trade spending
RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Takes charge of on-time release of sales reports to the ADC team:
- Sales Dashboard (i.e., 3X/week)
- Senior Citizen & PWD Data Report (Upon availability of the report)
- Monthly Inventory & Sellout Report (Every 5th of the Month)
2. Sales and inventory information
▪Monitors and organizes sales (including salesforce crediting) and inventory information for appropriate local and above country reporting.
3. On-time reporting and reconciliation of Trade Spend (i.e.,TDP) on a monthly basis for ZPC and E-commerce Distributor in coordination with local CFS and ADC Finance.
4. PAF Encoding and Process Management
•Checks and screens PAF proposals and encodes them in the system.
• Sends approved PAFs in system to the National Distributor and coordinates this between Abbott and Distributor.
• Maintains reference files and follows-up approval within the PAF process.
• Support tender processes and negotiations with data insights.
5. Sales Field Personnel Coordination
• Acts as link of field sales force to Abbott office.
• Receives and sends documents, reports, communication to and from the sales field personnel.
6. Business Unit/ Sales Force Administrative Management
• Reviews and screens administrative documents for the Business Unit and sales force (Expense Reports, Request for Business Expenses, CME and Operational reports).
• Routes, tracks and monitor Business Unit/ Sales Force documents for processing and approval
• Compiles, records and maintain files for the Business Unit/ Sales field personnel.
Knowledge & Experience:
• With work experience in commercial sales finance and analytics.
• High proficiency in MS Office / Excel
• Communication and Interpersonal Skills
• Organizational Skills

▪ Analyzes operational and approval processes and document submission and recommends any administrative process and operational improvements.
▪ Provides systematic workflow and streamlining/administrative facilitation initiatives.
▪ Decides/plans and compiles relevant Business Unit/ Sales documents for archiving and recording purposes.
MINIMUM EDUCATION REQUIRED
•Must be a college graduate of a 4-year course and above.
