Our client, a leading organization in the industry, is seeking a Commercial Analyst to join their team. As a Commercial Analyst, you will be part of the Sales Support Department supporting Sales Operations and Business Intelligence teams. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and a proactive mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?
Support the Services Commercial Execution team through data-driven analytics, standardized metrics, and market insights to promote profitable growth. Partner with Sales, Product Management, and Operations to define commercial needs and deliver scalable analytics for sales performance improvement. Design and build Salesforce.com dashboards to provide leading indicators and monitor funnel vitality metrics. Analyze large datasets to identify market trends, customer segments, and opportunities for share growth. Prepare routine analytics for scorecards, leadership reviews, and standard reporting to support strategic decision-making.What's Needed?
3-5 years of experience supporting a large matrixed sales organization with strong analytical capabilities. Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field. Proficiency in managing large datasets and assessing impact to identify trends and insights. Advanced MS-Excel skills, especially with large files (100K+ records). Experience with Salesforce.com or Siebel and dashboard/reporting development.What's in it for me?
