RESUMO DA POSIÇÃO A posição de Analista Comercial atua no suporte às atividades comerciais, com foco em prospecção de clientes, controle de estoque, emissão de documentos e apoio logístico, garantindo eficiência nos processos de vendas e compras. RESPONSABILIDADES + Atuar como suporte administrativo nas atividades de compras e vendas de fertilizantes. + Prospectar, recrutar e visitar produtores de cacau. + Emitir notas fiscais e relatórios para as áreas técnica e comercial. + Controlar documentos da área, facilitando a rastreabilidade e atendendo às necessidades dos clientes e da equipe de vendas. + Controlar estoques com registros adequados, documentando entradas e saídas para facilitar reposição e inventário. + Realizar inventários periódicos e compará-los com os registros. + Garantir o armazenamento adequado dos produtos, preservando sua integridade e segurança. + Controlar níveis de estoque e reposições, conforme políticas internas. + Supervisionar o carregamento dos produtos, assegurando a embalagem correta e a preservação da qualidade. QUALIFICAÇÕES TÉCNICAS Formação em Administração de Empresas ou cursos afins. Forte capacidade analítica e flexibilidade. Inglês intermediário desejável. Habilidades de negociação; Domínio no Pacote Office, com ênfase em Excel e SAP. Carteira de habilitação categoria B e disponibilidade para viagens.
