Join a leading energy company as a Commercial Agreements Manager, where you will play a pivotal role in managing joint ventures and commercial agreements in the dynamic oil and gas sector, particularly focusing on the Papua LNG project.

Role Overview

Address commercial agreements and matters concerning joint ventures. Support the JV team in preparation for Final Investment Decision (FID) for Papua LNG. Provide commercial and negotiation guidance to the JV team. Lead commercial tasks and negotiations with co-venturers as needed. Support Business Development teams with strategic insights and analysis. Assist in developing and implementing commercial agreements for the Papua LNG project. Participate in the setup of the Papua LNG Company, supporting governance and reporting.

Skills & Qualifications

Documentation: Proficient in managing documentation related to commercial agreements. Business Analysis: Strong analytical skills to assess business operations and financial reporting. Administration & Document Control Systems: Experience in maintaining document control systems. Joint Venture Monitoring: Ability to monitor and manage joint venture activities effectively. Contracts Terms & Review: Expertise in reviewing and negotiating contract terms. Business Development: Skills in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities. Marketing: Understanding of marketing strategies within the energy sector.

Education & Experience

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, or a related field. Experience: 10-15+ years in international joint ventures, commercial agreements, and negotiations within the Oil & Gas sector.
