Role Overview
The Commercial & Administrative Manager leads financial and commercial analysis activities and supports regional sales teams through pricing strategy, tender management, and commercial performance optimization. The role acts as a key Commercial Excellence partner, driving pricing governance, revenue optimization, and data-driven decision-making within the healthcare environment.
Key Responsibilities
Define, implement, and monitor pricing strategies, pricing corridors, and revenue optimization initiatives.
Support sales teams in pricing negotiations, tenders, and contract structuring.
Analyze tender outcomes, contracts, and market trends to inform commercial strategy.
Drive commercial performance reporting (pricing, pipeline, margin, sell-out) and business cases.
Lead pricing-related tools, dashboards, and IT initiatives, including AI-driven pricing and tender solutions.
Coordinate distributor performance and equipment business models (pay-per-use, leasing, lifecycle tracking).
Profile & Requirements
Degree in Finance or related field; advanced degree a plus.
8+ years of experience in commercial finance or pricing roles, including European exposure.
Strong analytical skills with experience in pricing tools, CRM (e.g. Salesforce), and Excel/BI solutions.
Solid understanding of healthcare markets, tenders, and contract structures.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
Fluent English required; additional European language a plus.
