You’ll be part of the Customer Practice, Bain’s team focused on driving strategy and transformation across marketing, customer experience, and commercial excellence. This group is responsible for shaping Bain’s intellectual property and go-to-market strategy within these domains.

In this role, you’ll be a key commercial thought partner within the Customer Practice, helping to define how we package and position our capabilities, win major client opportunities, and bring our solutions to market in compelling, effective ways.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

 

Develop and execute full potential plans to drive commercial momentum across industries and solutionsSupport Partners in building high-impact proposals and lead end-to-end bid management activitiesBuild high-quality discussion materials and client-facing presentations for priority opportunitiesServe as a strategic connector between product teams and client teams to drive best-fit solutionsPartner with Marketing to shape a scalable, compelling lead generation engineHelp guide innovation roadmaps by delivering structured feedback from the field to solution ownersAct as a “chief of staff” for the commercial team, helping to coordinate global activities and align strategyABOUT YOU

 

Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred3+ years in commercial operations, go-to-market strategy, business development, or capture/bid managementStrong understanding of professional services, ideally in management or technology consultingStrategic thinker with sharp commercial instincts and the ability to influence senior stakeholdersConfident working with CRM and revenue tech stacksEmpathetic, adaptable team player with strong communication skills


Preferred 

Experience owning an end-to-end revenue funnel—from lead generation through proposalFamiliarity with Energy, Fintech, Health & Life Sciences, or Software sectorsWorking knowledge of Bain’s competitive landscape
