**ROLE SUMMARY**
Lead the Experience & Business Integration function within the AI Acceleration Organization (AIA) to embed AI products seamlessly into user workflows, deliver intuitive, easy-to-use experiences, and align them with the right business needs across Commercial teams.
This role leads Business Translation, Design, and QA teams to deliver user-driven AIA solutions that drive adoption and seamlessly integrate into existing workflows.
**ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES**
**Strategy & Integration**
+ Define and execute the Experience & Business Integration strategy, embedding workflow fit, user experience, and business alignment into all AI products
+ Collaborate with the Head of Strategy & Operations to ensure each product is designed around real-world journeys and operational readiness
+ Partner with Product, Data, and Engineering teams to embed experience principles, design consistency, and validation standards across pods
**User Experience & Design Leadership**
+ Oversee UI/UX & Workflow Design to deliver easy to use and intuitive experiences
+ Define and govern shared design principles and systems, ensuring consistent interaction patterns and experience quality across all applications and interfaces
+ Partner with product and business teams to visualize user journeys, uncover friction points, and guide design improvements that enhance usability and engagement
**Business Context & Alignment**
+ Ensure business needs and workflows are accurately represented in product definitions and design decisions
+ Partner with relevant stakeholders (leaders and end users) to confirm that products integrate effectively into day-to-day processes and address real user pain points
+ Build and institutionalize a playbook for capturing user and business requirements, translating them into clear, actionable technical specifications for product and engineering teams
**Quality Assurance & User Validation**
+ Direct QA/User Testing team to validate usability, accuracy, and end-to-end experience prior to deployment
+ Define a structured testing approach that links business acceptance, functional testing, and user experience validation to ensure readiness for deployment at scale
+ Ensure user testing reflects real operational workflows and scenarios
**Team & Culture**
+ Manage and develop a high-performing team across UX Design, Business Translation, and QA disciplines (~11 FTEs)
+ Promote a culture of clarity, empathy, and design-driven excellence
+ Candidate demonstrates a breadth of diverse leadership experiences and capabilities including: the ability to influence and collaborate with peers, develop and coach others, oversee and guide the work of other colleagues to achieve meaningful outcomes and create business impact.
**QUALIFICATIONS**
**BASIC QUALIFICATIONS**
+ Bachelor' or Master's Degree in Business, Life Science or Business Technology,
+ 15+ years' experience Business, Commercial Operations or Technical Partnership
+ Prior experience leading large, matrixed global teams
+ Experience in leading large multistakeholder projects
+ Experience collaborating with offshore teams, change management and distributed setups

The annual base salary for this position ranges from $204,700.00 to $341,100.00. In addition, this position is eligible for participation in Pfizer's Global Performance Plan with a bonus target of 22.5% of the base salary and eligibility to participate in our share based long term incentive program.
