ROLE SUMMARY
Lead the Experience & Business Integration function within the AI Acceleration Organization (AIA) to embed AI products seamlessly into user workflows, deliver intuitive, easy-to-use experiences, and align them with the right business needs across Commercial teams.
This role leads Business Translation, Design, and QA teams to deliver user-driven AIA solutions that drive adoption and seamlessly integrate into existing workflows.

Strategy & Integration
Define and execute the Experience & Business Integration strategy, embedding workflow fit, user experience, and business alignment into all AI productsCollaborate with the Head of Strategy & Operations to ensure each product is designed around real-world journeys and operational readinessPartner with Product, Data, and Engineering teams to embed experience principles, design consistency, and validation standards across pods

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’ or Master’s Degree in Business, Life Science or Business Technology,15+ years’ experience Business, Commercial Operations or Technical PartnershipPrior experience leading large, matrixed global teamsExperience in leading large multistakeholder projectsExperience collaborating with offshore teams, change management and distributed setups
