What you’ll do

As Deployment Manager E-Business Platforms, you will play a crucial role within HEINEKEN’s most ambitious digital initiative to date: the Digital Backbone (DBB) Programme. Acting as a strategic connector between OpCos, product teams, and global stakeholders, you will drive the successful deployment of key platforms, ensuring high adoption and measurable value across markets.

Key responsibilities

Lead end-to-end deployment of Customer Hub, Customer Technical Services, and Product Assortment platforms across OpCos Manage relationships with DBB Transition teams, Product Owners, and Technical Deployment teamsGuide OpCo deployments as a subject matter expert, gathering feedback and driving continuous improvement Develop toolkits, frameworks, and training materials to build capability and support process optimization Oversee project management and the transition of responsibilities from central teams to OpCo

 

Who you are

You are an experienced deployment leader who builds bridges between markets, teams, and technology. With strong commercial acumen and a hands-on approach, you excel at driving successful change in complex environments.

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, preferably in Sales/Commerce or Business Management 8+ years of relevant experience. Required to be in E-commerce or ERP deployments Proven skills in project management, people management, and stakeholder engagement Very Strong background in sales/commerce, CRM platforms, or ERP implementation Fluent English communicator with the ability to influence and drive alignment
