Overview Publicis Commerce, part of the global Publicis Groupe, is seeking a talented Commerce Strategy Associate Director to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker passionate about eCommerce, retail media, and digital transformation. You'll be working on two clients, one is a leading consumer electronics brand and the other is a global consumer self-care company. As a Commerce Strategy Associate Director, you’ll play a pivotal role in delivering strategic direction and innovation across a select group of key client accounts. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to drive digital shelf optimisation, improve retail media performance, and identify new growth opportunities across platforms like Amazon, Criteo, and Epsilon. We're looking for someone with strong communication skills and a proven track record in areas such as retail media, shopper marketing, and data-driven strategy. You should be comfortable leading multiple projects, supporting client roadmaps, and delivering high-impact presentations that shape strategic outcomes. You’ll also have the opportunity to influence the development of new commerce solutions, contribute to thought leadership content, and upskill clients and colleagues alike. Leadership and mentorship are key in this role – you’ll help shape team culture and talent development within a highly collaborative and innovative environment. Responsibilities Lead development and execution of commerce strategies aligned with client goals Drive strategic growth through new solutions, tools, and retailer relationships Deliver high-quality client presentations, reviews, and case studies Stay ahead of commerce trends and translate insights into action Mentor junior team members and foster a growth-focused mindset Qualifications Significant experience in eCommerce, retail media, or shopper marketing Strategic problem-solver with excellent project and stakeholder management skills A collaborative, curious, and entrepreneurial mindset Additional information Spark has fantastic benefits on offer to all of our employees.
