Your 'day to day':

Develop digital transformation product in Commercial organization, comprising of system development, deployment, and pilot phase. Continuously iterating project along the way, working with a team consisting of Managers, Analyst and Executive level. Aiming to transform the way of working in the field.Explore new technology and innovation for future implementation that impacting to effectivity and efficiency for business on various analysis and data trackingPropose solutions to mitigate complexities in execution for other teams & stakeholdersConduct risk assessment of project, provide feedbacks, user satisfaction survey for continuous improvement and consumer centricity approach.Decide on short-term solution as work around in order not to burden the current systemMonitor, track, and report routinely upon project deployment progress and status.   

        

Who we're looking for:

Bachelor’s or master’s degree from all major, point plus if you are coming form Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or equivalent backgroundMin 2 years of experience in product management, have experience in digital transformation process.    Good sense of accountability in driving results and decision-makingAnalytical thinking with curiosity to learn the business processAbility to adapt to a changing environment skillGood collaboration and communication skillFluency in English, both written and verbal.
