Reporting to the Senior Director, US Comirnaty Strategy and Performance Lead, the Comirnaty Brand Performance and Planning Director will lead annual planning & forecasting cycles, monitor brand performance, and execute on strategic project to improve performance.

The ideal candidate demonstrates a strong work ethic, highly analytical mindset, strong organizational skills, and an ability to create clarity in a highly dynamic, cross-functional environment. Prior experience within retail pharmacy setting is a plus.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

Analyze and interpret retail and non-retail performance data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities. Connect reporting insights to provide recommendations

Test hypotheses to understand root causes behind performance gaps as well as performance drivers

Support retail and non-retail channel pull-through strategy development based on analytical assessment of the environment and opportunities available

As part of a cross functional team, ideate around potential solutions to address consumer vaccination barriers and design special projects to close gaps

Support spend optimization to drive greatest impact within annual budget

Monitor operating expense budget to ensure overall brand execution within budget

Engage cross functional ecosystem to represent US perspective in COVID strain selection activities

Lead annual brand planning cycle including forecasting, operating plan, and brand strategy

Plan and prioritize brand access & reimbursement confidence activities ahead of in-season execution

Plan brand working sessions to support strategy development

 

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS (Required)

BA or BS required

8+ years of relevant experience with U.S. pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or healthcare

MBA preferred with 7+ years of relevant experience with U.S. pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or healthcare

Demonstrated strategic, analytical, and problem‑solving skills

Proven retail pharmacy acumen

Strong collaboration, communication, and influence capabilities across complex matrix environments

Ability to operate effectively in ambiguity and manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment

 

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Strong business acumen and demonstrated flexibility

MBA or advanced degree preferred

Comfortable with ambiguity and able to adapt and operate successfully

The annual base salary for this position ranges from $176,600.00 to $294,300.00. In addition, this position is eligible for participation in Pfizer’s Global Performance Plan with a bonus target of 20.0% of the base salary and eligibility to participate in our share based long term incentive program.
