Job Summary
Responsible for how users within the company are given an identity - and how it is protected, including saving critical applications, data and systems from unauthorized access while managing the identities and access rights of people both inside and outside the organization. Provides strategic leadership for a high-performing team of identity and access management analysts, engineers and architects to define and deploy the identity and access management strategy. Must have deep understanding of the technology transformation occurring in the identity and access management space and how to leverage and deliver benefits across the enterprise. Leads diverse matrix teams independently, making decisions daily as it relates to successful delivery of the program, and has the ability to know when critical decisions must be raised to senior level and/or business unit management to ensure the program remains on track. Develops financial and operational objectives. Ensures operational plans are aligned with business objectives. Contributes to functional strategy development. Has a greater degree of impact on business results, and typically manages one or more groups of professional employees.Job Description

Develop and administer IAM security policies, standards, and procedures to protect information assetsIdentify, recommend, and implement corrective actions in response to security violationsPerform security assessments to determine vulnerabilities in IAM systems and applicationsServe as the central point of contact for IAM-related policy and process issuesEstablish and produce metrics and KPIs to measure IAM effectivenessSupport Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) and Disaster Recovery (DR) initiativesStay current with industry trends, solution landscapes, and market conditions, and share insights with peers and leadershipApply sound judgment in decision-making related to Information SecurityDemonstrate initiative, ownership, and leadership in driving IAM strategies and solutionsAdapt effectively to frequent changes, delays, or unexpected eventsEvaluate, implement, and disseminate IT security procedures across the organizationRequirements / Skills10+ years experience within IT specifically within engineering and people leadership/resource management7+ years of direct experience with IAMincluding directory services, SSO, federation, MFA, provisioning, and separation of duties (SoD)Expertise in classic authentication platformssuch as Kerberos, LDAP, Radius, Tacacs+, etc.Hands-on experience with Active Directory, LDAP management, AzureAD, and PAM toolsStrong knowledge of Identity Governance and Access Management, including fine-grained access control and policy-driven securityProficiency in user provisioning/de-provisioning and federation across multiple domainsKnowledge of cybersecurity controls, both offensive and defensiveExcellent communication skills, both oral and written

Salary:
Primary Location Pay Range: $157,450.23 - $236,175.35
