Combat Vehicles SCPM Manager
**Job Description** The SCPM Manager will be responsible for leading all Combat Vehicles Supply Chain Program Managers, ensuring consistently high performance in the management of Proposals and Financial outcomes across programs from a supply chain perspective. Key Responsibilities: + Lead Portfolio excellence through timely, accurate, and executable Proposal submissions that support on-time, profitable delivery of quality vehicles. + Collaborate with Finance, Programs, and Earned Value leadership to ensure processes and systems are working effectively to provide visibility to projected financial outcomes, and to adequately track and address changes to baselines and execution. + Interface with senior Programs Leadership to understand strategic platform priorities, upcoming captures, and key supply chain levers to ensure continued growth. + Partner closely with Subcontracts to improve timeliness and adequacy of Proposal support, especially around CCPD. + Ensure Supply Chain Proposals Team success through: + Driving Proposal strategy in close partnership with Category Managers + Partnering with Compliance and Proposals Leadership to maintain alignment of resources across teams. **Required Education, Experience, & Skills** Required Education, Experience, & Skills : + Bachelor's degree and 10 years of experience or equivalent experience + Supply Chain Leadership or Program Management Experience + Experience with Supply Chain Proposals + Procurement Process Knowledge / Experience + Familiarity with Program Finance KPI s and processes + Experience with ERP + Experience working with cross functional teams + Ability to identify and drive actionable outcomes through influence. **Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills** Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills : + Diverse experience set across Program Management, Supply Chain, and Finance + Oracle ERP Experience + Earned Value Knowledge + Experience Negotiating with Suppliers/Customers + Experience with Government Compliance / Audit Support **Pay Information** Full-Time Salary Range: $120000 - $204000 Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
