The salary range for this position is $420,000 to $500,000 annually. Actual compensation will be determined during the selection process and is based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to relevant experience, education, and internal equity.

Mass General Brigham is seeking a Board-Certified Colorectal Surgeon to join our surgical team at Wentworth-Douglass Hospital in Dover, NH. Deliver full-spectrum colorectal surgical care including benign and malignant disease, IBD, and advanced minimally invasive proceduresShare in a 1:6 general surgery call rotation with a collegial and supportive teamLead the development of a comprehensive Colorectal Surgery Program for the Seacoast regionCollaborate with multidisciplinary teams and Massachusetts General Hospital colleaguesLeverage access to da Vinci Xi robotic technology and advanced surgical toolsParticipate in regional outreach, quality improvement, and growth initiatives

Qualifications

Board Certification in General Surgery and fellowship training in Colorectal Surgery (required)At least 1 year of post-fellowship clinical experience (3–5 years preferred)Experience in IBD, colorectal cancer, and robotic-assisted surgeryStrong leadership, communication, and program development skillsEligible for New Hampshire medical licensure
