Collision Repair Production Manager

What you’ll do as a Collision Repair Production Manager: + Direct and schedule the activities of all body shop employees to ensure efficiency, quality, and on-time completion of repairs + Train, motivate, counsel, and monitor the performance of body shop staff + Ensure accurate estimating, costing, and invoicing in the department + Oversee quality checks, including pre- and post-scanning of vehicles + Maintain strong relationships with insurance adjusters and customers to encourage repeat and referral business + Resolve customer concerns quickly and professionally + Promote teamwork, communication, and a positive shop culture + Stay up to date with new tools, equipment, and repair methods + Monitor and control shop expenses while ensuring safety, compliance, and cleanliness of the facility Looking for someone who is: + Accommodating and approachable, while maintaining high standards of quality and accuracy + A strong leader with experience coaching and motivating a team + Knowledgeable in collision repair processes and able to provide technical guidance when needed + Comfortable managing production schedules, customer relationships, and employee performance + Proactive in solving problems and committed to delivering exceptional customer service Requirements: + Must be 18 years or older, authorized to work in the U.S., and have a valid driver’s license with a good driving record + Professional appearance and demeanor + Two years of experience in an auto body repair facility + Three to five years of supervisory experience preferred + Working knowledge of body repair methods + Strong communication and leadership skills + Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic shop management systems Why you’ll love working with us: + Competitive compensation package and 401k with company match + Wellness Time Off, holidays, and a Personal Purpose Day + Medical, Dental, Vision, Disability Insurance, AD&D and Life Insurance + Flex Spending, Health Savings Account, EAP, Wellness Plan, Mental Health Support, Diabetes Management Program, and Parental Leave Stipend + Year-end bonus program for ALL employees (Garff Giveback) + Employee discounts on vehicle purchases, parts, service, and more! + Opportunities for recognition, rewards, and professional development At first glance, there’s nothing remarkable at Ken Garff.
