Toyota Certified at Capital Plaza Collision Center is looking for a qualified Collision Center/Body Shop Manager.

 

The salary range for this position is between $135,000 - $150,000.

 

Our Collision/Body Shop Manager is responsible for the following, while maintaining the efficiency, profitability and reputation of our body shop’s daily operations:

Oversee the quality, timeliness and manner in which repair services are performed and deliveredCreate a cohesive team with a positive attitude that includes all body shop employeesHire, train, motivate and monitor the performance of all technicians and body shop employeesDirect and schedule activities of all technicians assigning work with matching skill levelsRegularly monitor actual performance and determine reasons for varianceProvide technical support for, supervise, and assist technicians as neededEnsure that all repair work is done correctly and in an acceptable time frameMaintain awareness of current and projected market conditionsKeep abreast of all federal, state, and local regulations that affect operationsReach and maintain a high-level of customer satisfactionMaintain existing relationships with customersCoordinate resolution of customer complaints keeping customer satisfaction and department profitability in mindComply with and enforce all safety policies and procedures at all timesPerform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

1-3 years of collision managerial experiencePrevious experience with State Farm Select is a plus.Complete working knowledge of structural collision repairsKnowledge of DRP for process of insurance claimsExcellent communication and problem-solving skills including the ability to maintain composure under stressStrong leadership and motivational skillsStrong organizational, multi-tasking and time management skills to meet changing deadlines in a fast-paced environmentProfessional and dependable
