This position reports to the Director of Student Engagement and Support. **Salary Range:** $21.89 to $30.58 Per Hour **Minimum Qualifications** + Current State of MN Nursing Licensure **and** + One academic year of teaching/tutoring experience in Nursing at the high school level or above. **Preferred Qualifications** + RN Licensure. + Maternal-child/OB/Peds experience. + Knowledge of teaching techniques, nursing theory and procedures sufficient to tutor students, evaluate instructional materials and, if necessary, develop and modify instructional materials. + Knowledge of technical course content sufficient to tutor students. + Ability to work effectively with students to assist learning by recognizing individual learning styles and encourage students to focus on how they learn best. + Ability to effectively manage time and direct students’ efforts efficiently in a group or one-to-one setting. **Other Requirements** **Work Shift (Hours / Days of work)** Dates and times are flexible according to student need (up to 8 hours/week by student demand) **About** Alexandria Technical & Community College (ATCC) provides quality hands-on and liberal arts education to more than 4,200 students each year, and has been ranked Minnesota’s #1 Community College since 2020 (Wallethub, Niche, and UniversityHQ).
