Support new product introduction (NPI) by developing comprehensive test plans and executing product reliability validation prior to launch.Employ a variety of test equipment and software tools to conduct functional, environmental, and stress testing to ensure conformity to requirements.Collaborate closely with R&D and manufacturing teams to identify and resolve potential issues early in the product lifecycle.Utilize CAD software and other design tools to develop mechanical systems and tooling components that meet performance and quality standards.Analyze end-to-end process efficiency and propose improvements for optimization, leveraging data-driven insights and problem-solving skills.
