In this role, the candidate will acquire industry knowledge in Final Assembly manufacturing and build technical competencies such as robust problem solving and data analysis.Collaborate with the engineering team to characterize processes, drive process improvements and identify key opportunities to enhance line yield and operational efficiency.Participate in technical investigation and failure analysis for process related quality issuesSupport engineering team in developing automated data solutions, including converting web-based data into structural excel formats to improve operational efficiency.Embrace a strong One-team culture, create the resilient can-do attitude with the existing team.

Individuals who do well in this role at HP, usually possess:

Bachelor undergraduate in Engineering/Industrial Systems. Relevant experiences in SMART Manufacturing will be considered.Able to commit 5-6 months full-time internship, starting in January 2026.Independent with ability to grasp new technologies and methodologies quickly.Demonstrated analytical and problem solving capability throughout university course work.Demonstrated strong technical competence and judgment.Effective communication skills.
