Analyze Customer Feedback and Telemetry Data: Dive into customer feedback and printer telemetry data, with a focus on “WIFI connectivity”, to identify pain points, improve user experience, and drive product performance enhancements.  Perform Competitive Analysis: Data mine and analyse the data to generate actionable insights by comparing product performance, customer satisfaction, and unique features against competitors.  Enable Predictive Analytics: Leverage printer telemetry data to build predictive models that anticipate customer needs and improve product reliability.  Create Visual Dashboards: Design interactive dashboards to monitor trends, highlight key performance metrics, and showcase competitive differentiators.  

Individuals who do well in this role at HP, usually possess:

Bachelor/Masters degree in Computer Science/ Data Science.Able to commit to a 4-6 months full time internship.Excellent data analysis skill.Creative thinking.Proficient Office (Excel/Word/PowerPoint) skill.Experience in Power BI, Database/SQL, Python (Plus), JMP.
