Previous experience in credit collections, customer service, or related roles.
Knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel at a basic/intermediate level.
Ability to quickly identify and solve problems.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work in a team and adapt to changes.
Tolerance for frustration and proactivity.
Availability to meet the demands of the position.
