Skills and Requirements • High School Diploma/ GED, Bachelor's highly preferred • Minimum 2 years working in collections • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Experience working with HIGH VOLUME collections (around 300 calls daily) • Drive for growth within the organization • Strong work ethic • Bilingual- Spanish+ English • Experience using Five9 System
