The Collections Specialist is responsible for managing an assigned portfolio of accounts to ensure timely payment, reduce delinquency, and maintain positive customer relationships. This role involves proactive outreach, account analysis, and collaboration with internal teams to resolve billing issues and enforce credit policies.
Responsibilities
+ Manage an assigned portfolio of accounts to ensure timely payment.
+ Reduce delinquency and maintain positive customer relationships.
+ Conduct proactive outreach to clients for payment reminders and issue resolution.
+ Analyze accounts to identify and resolve billing issues.
+ Collaborate with internal teams to enforce credit policies.
Essential Skills
+ 3+ years of collections experience.
+ 3+ years of experience managing clients' portfolios.
+ Proficient in using pivot tables and Vlookups in Excel.
+ Experience with large ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Workday, SAGE, Microsoft Dynamics, or Infor.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Experience with credit management.
+ Advanced Excel skills.
Work Environment
This position is based onsite, requiring hands-on involvement with the team and access to necessary resources and technologies.

This is a Permanent position based out of Swatara, PA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $54000.00 - $56000.00/yr.
