Collections Specialist
Location: Irving, TX
Schedule: Full-time, flexible within department hours (Mon-Fri 8am-9pm, weekends as needed)

Job Overview:
We're seeking a professional and motivated Collections Specialist to support our financial services client. In this role, you will handle customer outreach for past-due accounts, negotiate payment arrangements, and help maintain strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

Contact customers via phone regarding past-due accounts and maintain excellent service.

Verify account information and determine reasons for delinquency.

Negotiate payment arrangements and support account retention.

Use automated dialing systems for outbound calls.

Maintain accurate records of account activity.

Investigate transaction history and customer disputes as needed.
