Description Collections representatives will be responsible for working with customers to collect on accounts. They currently have roughly 25 collectors in their team and are hiring 2-3 more. Its an even playing field, the more accounts you resolve, the more accounts you get. They have about 1000 clients, 50 regulars and 10 big accounts. Some of their big companies are utilities companies and hospitals (University of Utah). They operate off of a queue of accounts, if they land 2000 clients for one account, they will get spread among the group equally. They have direct lines so they are able to get call backs and build relationships with clients. They don't leave voice messages often due to policies around what you are allowed to say. No emails as well. Experience Level Intermediate Level Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
