Job Title: Post Recovery Representative
Job Description

The Post Recovery Representative is responsible for managing a high volume of inbound calls and emails, serving as a process expert for callers, and providing timely and effective assistance. This role requires the accurate and timely reporting of all repossessions to clients, ensuring compliance with post-repossession requirements, and supporting partnered departments with administrative tasks.

ResponsibilitiesHandle a high volume of calls related to all aspects of the post recovery department, including scheduling release and redemption, answering questions, and handling escalations.Timely report all repossessions from 3rd party service providers to the applicable client, either by email or within the client's system of record.Obtain all client-required forms on each repossession to meet service level requirements and timelines.Field a high volume of inbound calls to schedule vehicle release and place outbound calls to coordinate pickup, paperwork, and answer questions.Manage lot inventory, including handling redemption releases, transport releases, and following up with individual agencies to maintain accurate inventory of units on the lot.Handle contested repossessions to ensure the vehicle take-back process is done efficiently and accurately.Prepare analytical repossession reports provided to clients.Ensure timely and appropriate client communication.Answer phones and provide customer service.Essential SkillsAccount managementInsurance verificationData entryFront deskCall center experienceAt least 1 year of client communication skills and/or administration in any office-related industryPhone experience required, must be able to handle multiple communication linesProficiency in Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and OutlookClient relations skillsAdditional Skills & QualificationsGood tenure (No more than 3 jobs in 5 years)1+ year of recent call center experienceProfessional phone demeanorExcellent verbal communication skillsCustomer-oriented, efficient, and accurate data typing and researchTyping speed of at least 40 WPMAbility to follow basic proceduresEffective organizational and communication skillsAbility to function well as part of a teamExcellent time-management and organizational skillsAbility to multi-task and work under pressureWork Environment

The work environment offers a hybrid schedule, where employees work in the office on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, and have the option to work from home on Mondays and Fridays after being hired. The standard working hours are from 10 AM to 7 PM, Monday through Friday. The company provides necessary equipment such as phone, computer, and any additional necessities.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr.
