C.H. Robinson is seeking a **Collections Representative** to join our dynamic Robinson Fresh Financial Operations team. If you enjoy solving problems, working with people, and being part of a fast-paced, evolving environment, this is the opportunity for you. **Apply today and help us shape a more efficient and customer-focused future in supply chain finance.** **Responsibilities:** The duties and responsibilities of this position consists of, but are not limited to, the following: + Investigate and resolve aging invoices by identifying root causes and applying critical thinking + Leverage internal systems and processes to manage collections and ensure timely payments + Collaborate with internal teams and external customers to resolve payment discrepancies and maintain strong working relationships + Escalate complex issues to senior team members or leadership when necessary + Contribute ideas for process improvements and support continuous enhancement of collections workflows + Participate in cross-functional training to gain exposure to related areas such as accounts payable and invoicing + Continue developing knowledge of collections processes and financial systems + Other duties or responsibilities as assigned according to the team and/or country specific requirements **Required Qualifications:** + High School Diploma or GED equivalent + Minimum 2 years of experience in collections, cash applications, credit, accounts payable, or a related finance role **Preferred Qualifications:** The duties and responsibilities of this position consists of, but are not limited to, the following: + Utilize problem solving and critical thinking skills to determine root cause of aging invoices + Leverage systems functionality and established processes to resolve aging invoices + Work within established procedures and adheres to quality guidelines + Escalate complex issues to senior team members and/or leadership + Contribute ideas for process improvement + Develop professional relationships with internal and external customers, maintain open lines of communication and build rapport by providing timely and professional service + Continue to develop skills and build upon knowledge of collections process + Other duties or responsibilities as assigned according to the team and/or country specific requirements **QUALIFICATIONS** Required: + High School Diploma or GED equivalent + Minimum 2 years of collections, cash applications, credit, accounts payable or related finance experience Preferred: + Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite of programs + Effective and flexible communication skills + Strong customer service and interpersonal skills + Critical thinking skills and demonstrated ability to use own judgement and make sound decisions + Ability to work in fast-paced, professional, and deadline driven environment + Values a diverse and inclusive work environment We will review applications for this role on an ongoing basis and encourage all interested candidates to apply at their earliest convenience. **Compensation Range** $13.85 - $26.83 The base pay range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum base pay for the position across all U.S. locations.
