Role Overview:

The role holder is responsible for customers follow-ups, ensuring timely collection of dues, using company policies, systems available.

The role holder is responsible of a designated portfolio, monthly targets, including risks & reversals, with all customers to be followed & updated monthly on the designated company AR system.

On a typical day you will:

Provide management information and insights on all dimensions of the work area’s performance to support discussions and decision-making, both on a periodic basis and for ad‑hoc management requests.Follow all relevant departmental policies, processes, standard operating procedures, and instructions to ensure that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner.Communicate with customers to follow up on overdue accounts using all available methods (calls, emails, and visits).Reconcile accounts, understand customer disputes, and communicate internally with stakeholders to help facilitate the successful resolution of these disputes.Update the AR system for all customers in the assigned portfolio, recording the actions taken during each follow‑up.Submit invoices to customers whenever required, ensuring that all necessary supporting documentation is attached.Send dunning letters to customers in accordance with the company's credit policy.Demonstrate good Excel skills, with the ability to prepare the required reports for the assigned portfolio.Organize follow‑up activities in a way that supports target achievement and continuous improvement.

What You Will Need to be Successful:

Bachelor’s / Diploma degree in Finance/Accounting or equivalent3-5 years of relevant experience in collections, handling a portfolio of minimum 200 customers / preferably in a construction/engineering organization.Good written and spoken English and Arabic is essentialPlease, be aware the location would be: Jeddah.
