Collections/Customer Service Clerk - Full Time Responsibilities:

 

Job Description

 

Review open accounts for collection efforts and make decisions on pending orders, suspending accounts and increasing credit lineMake outbound collection calls, emails or faxesMail/email or fax credit memos, invoices, statements and collection lettersCommunicate with internal and external customers by telephone, mail, email and fax to investigate complaints, verify accuracy of charges, or to correct errors in accountsAccount reconciliation

 

Qualifications

Collections/Customer Service Clerk - Full Time Qualifications:

Effective decision makingStrong attention to detailHighly self-motivated with excellent organizational and communication skills and phone etiquette.Ability to work both independently and as a team player, record accurate and detailed notesAssist with various A/R functions as needed including handling returned checksNavigate through multiple software and proficient in Microsoft OfficeFoster a professional rapport with customers  Previous collection experience preferred.
