Collections Administrator

Aston Carter is partnering

with a leading client to hire an Administrative Collections Specialist.

This role supports key office and collections functions by managing

documentation, updating account information, and assisting customers with

invoice‑related inquiries.

This is a hybrid role

requiring in‑office attendance eight days per month, with Thursday as

a mandatory anchor day.

Responsibilities

Pull, prepare, and distribute invoice copies and ad hoc invoices.Retrieve and send contract documents as needed.Submit credit memos, including adjustments for late fees and finance charges.Maintain and update customer contact information.Complete Salesforce account reassignments.Process post‑dated R12 payments daily.Provide end‑of‑lease notices to Account Managers.Perform monthly administrative assignment scrubs (Admin and C2).Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist clients with invoice questions.Support general administrative and collections tasks as assigned.

Day‑to‑Day Activities

Sending invoices and contract copies.Communicating with clients via phone and email.Following up on billing questions and documentation requests.Working across multiple platforms including Salesforce, Oracle, and Dragon (training provided).

Qualifications

Experience supporting B2B collections is required.Comfortable navigating multiple systems while completing administrative tasks.Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.Proficiency with Microsoft Office is a plus.No degree required.Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Wayne, PA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $25.00/hr.
