**Job Title:** Collections Administrator
**Pay Rate:** $26.44 an h our
**Schedule:** Monday-Friday 8am-5pm or 7am-4pm
**Type:** Hybrid, Tues/Thurs in office, Mon/Wed/Fri WFH
**Length of contract** : 6 months+ to full time opportunity
**Department:** Finance
**Duties and Responsibilities include the following.** Other duties may be assigned.
+ Handle high volume of collection efforts through email and phone calls in a professional manner to collect on past due accounts.
+ Resolve complicated billing disputes and payment discrepancies.
+ Resolve customer questions and account issues that inhibit payment.
+ Work with internal customers to conclude all related business matters and discuss status of accounts. Advise all parties of any action to be initiated on delinquent, disputed or over credit limits.
**Qualifications**
+ Minimum 5 years of experience in Collections.
+ Great analytical and problem-solving skills.
+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
+ Strong customer service focus.
+ Ability to work collaboratively with individuals in other departments.
**Education and/or Experience**
+ AA in Business or equivalent combination of education and experience.
**Language Skills**
+ Ability to effectively communicate in the English language, both verbally and in writing.
**Computer Skills**
+ Proficient in MS Office applications, such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
+ Experience with Oracle, Salesforce, and HighRadius is highly desirable.

+ Employee works in an office environment at least 2 days a week, within a well-ventilated area, and is exposed to moderate noise levels. The number of working days in the office is subject to change according to management decision.
+ Employee may work in a home office environment for the remaining 3 days a week.
+ The home office must be a well-defined work area, separate from normal domestic activity and complete with all essential technology including, but not limited to; separate phone, scanner, printer, computer, etc. as required in order to effectively perform their duties.
**Work Requirements**
+ Compliance to all relevant HID Global policies and procedures related to Quality, Security, Safety, Business Continuity, and Environmental systems.
+ Must be legally eligible to work in the US.
**Pay Details:** $26.44 per hour
