As a Collection Specialist with English, you will be responsible for managing overdue accounts and ensuring timely payments from customers. Your key tasks include monitoring account status, making outbound and handling inbound calls to resolve payment issues, and maintaining accurate records in company systems. . Additionally, you’ll contribute ideas to improve processes.
How You’ll Make an Impact:
Monitor customer accounts to track overdue invoices
Incoming / Outgoing Calls: Contact customers to remind them about late payments
Resolve payment issues and disputes quickly
Update systems with accurate payment and communication records
Follow company policies and legal requirements for collections
Prepare reports on overdue amounts and collection progress
Maintain professional and positive customer relationships
Suggest improvements to reduce overdue accounts
Qualifications:
Minimum 1 year of experience in credit or collections, or customer service; ideally experience with process migration and centralization.
Educational Background: Degree in finance, accounting, business, or a related field will be beneficial
Good command of English
Technical Skills: Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, Access), proficiency with enterprise technologies such SAP, Getpaid as well as ideally experience with integrated CBC Software Solutions
Strong communication skills to handle customer interactions professionally
Good organizational skills to manage multiple accounts and deadlines
Attention to detail for accurate record-keeping and reporting
Basic knowledge of finance and accounting principles
