Job Description Collection Specialist A commercial asset recovery company is looking for a fully remote Collection Specialist to join their team immediately for a full time position. This role starts between $18-20/hr but has the opportunity to make commission on top of it for a potential OTE over $50k with uncapped commission capabilities. This role is a heavy problem solving position with the goal to turn a lead into payment. A background withing credit and debt collection is preferred but not required. There will be training when you first start the role but their will not hand holding after that so a strong independent work ethic is required. Work is tracked off of monthly KPIs. Basic understanding of the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act and state and federal laws pertaining to collection activities. Excellent organizational skills with great attention to detail.
