Job Summary
Iron Mountain is seeking a motivated and experienced A2C Lead to join our Agreement to Cash (A2C) team in Thailand. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the delivery and improvement of billing and collections, managing local accounting balances, and leading the Thailand A2C delivery organization to achieve cash, ageing, and BDE targets.
What You’ll Do (Responsibilities)
In this role, you will:
Responsibility 1: Strategic & Operational Leadership – Own the Thailand billing and collection targets (Cash, Ageing, BDE) while overseeing all month-close activities, revenue reconciliation, and cash forecasting.
Responsibility 2: Stakeholder Engagement & Support – Partner with senior finance leaders, Sales VPs, and the Country GM to drive process efficiency and resolve major customer payment escalations or disputes.
Responsibility 3: Governance & Compliance – Enforce compliance with A2C policies and own Internal Global Audit Controls (SOX-Lite) relating to Accounts Receivable and credit-related risk assessments.
Responsibility 4: Process Transformation – Lead the local implementation of global A2C standards, implementing standard policies, procedures, and technology stacks for Thailand.
Responsibility 5: Team Management – Lead and motivate the Thailand Billing and Collections teams, setting behavioral expectations and identifying training needs to fill skill gaps.
What You’ll Bring (Skills & Qualifications)
The ideal candidate will have:
Proven experience in a leadership role within an Invoice to Cash (I2C) or Agreement to Cash (A2C) operating model, with a track record of driving sustainable performance improvements.
Strong technical expertise in Excel and Google Sheets, utilizing advanced functions to perform meticulous data analysis and proactive root cause analysis.
Proven ability in stakeholder management and leadership, maintaining a positive attitude and self-confidence under pressure to foster a high-performing team environment.
Excellent communication skills, with fluency in English required to engage senior leaders and conduct negotiations with major customer stakeholders.
Sound knowledge of financial literacy and business acumen, with the ability to manage collection-related accounting balances and reserves.
