The National Security Sector at Leidos currently has an opening for a Collection Operations Manager to work in Honolulu, HI. This is an exciting opportunity to use your experience helping the INDOPACOM J2 JIOC mission. The primary location for this effort is at Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam (JBPHH), Hawaii.

Collection Operations Manager Responsibilities:
Manage theater exploitation activities, including DOMEX, Biometrics, Identity Operations, Sensitive Site Exploitation (SSE), Foreign Materiel Acquisition (FMA), and Collected Exploitable Material (CEM).
Coordinate exploitation activities among USINDOPACOM Service components, Military Services, SOF, and U.S. Intelligence Community partners in the Indo-Pacific Theater.
Ensure J2X and senior J2 leaders are informed of ongoing and planned exploitation operations and drafting/submitting military orders to enable these operations.
Participate in Joint Staff and USD (I&S) Unified Exploitation working groups and workshops and coordinating with DoD and national exploitation stakeholders.
Assist in the development and implementation of a Theater Exploitation Strategy, including architecture, CEM flow design, and standard operating procedures.
Support crisis and contingency planning for exploitation, including drafting APEX planning documents and participating in OPLAN workshops and Intelligence Planning Team sessions.
Provide exploitation support during USINDOPACOM command exercise planning, scripting, and execution.
Clearance Required:
Current TS/SCI Clearance.
Required Experience, Skills, and Education:
Bachelor’s degree and 6+ years of relevant experience (additional experience, education and training may be considered in lieu of degree).
Experience in exploitation operations such as DOMEX, biometrics, identity operations, or sensitive site exploitation.
Familiarity with military and intelligence community coordination processes.
Ability to draft operational documents and communicate effectively with senior leaders and stakeholders.
Experience participating in working groups, workshops, or interagency coordination efforts.
Strong organizational and planning skills, especially in support of crisis and contingency operations.
Preferred Experience, Skills, and Education:
Advanced degree in Intelligence Studies, National Security, or a related field.
Prior experience supporting USINDOPACOM, Joint Staff, or other Combatant Command exploitation activities.
Familiarity with Adaptive Planning and Execution (APEX) processes and OPLAN development.
Demonstrated ability to develop and implement theater-level exploitation strategies and standard operating procedures.
