**Job title: Credit and Collection Management** + **Location Bogotá, Colombia** + **Hybrid work model** + **Job type: Permanent** **About the job** **Main responsibilities:** + **Portfolio and Collections Management: Recovery and monitoring of accounts receivable, with emphasis on EPS under the contributory and subsidized regimes.** + **Experience in Credit & Collection in the Government Sector: Knowledge and handling of collection processes related to EPS and applicable regulations.** + **Reconciliations and Account Clea** **Jnup: Ensure timely and accurate reconciliations to maintain a clean portfolio.** + **Analysis and Reporting: Preparation of reports and presentations for decision-making, adapted to internal requirements.** + **KPI and Process Management: Support in defining, monitoring, and improving indicators and processes for portfolio administration.** + **Customer Service and Negotiation with Internal and External Clients: Actively participate in negotiations and provide customer service support.** + **Use of Digital Tools and Predictive Analysis: Apply Data Analytics resources to strengthen digital transformation and credit risk analysis.** **_About you_** **Experience** + **Collection experience, specifically directed to the government channel and EPS.** + **Background in financial roles.** + **Familiarity with Colombia's social security system.** **Technical Skills** **Must have:** + **Collection experience, specifically directed to the government channel and EPS.** + **SAP FI (Finance) module expertise.** + **Advanced Excel skills.** + **Ability to work within lean processes.** + **English: Intermediate to advanced level.** **Plus:** + **Knowledge of Colombia's healthcare sector operations at government level, particularly EPS.** + **Experience with Power BI or artificial intelligence tools.** + **Familiarity with Data Analytics for predictive analysis and digital transformation.** **Soft Skills** + **Dynamic and proactive individual.** + **Strong negotiation and communication skills with internal and external clients.** + **Ability to work within lean processes.** + **Business value-oriented mindset.** **Education** + **Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related fields (preferred).** **\#LI-Hybrid** **\#LI-LAT** **_Pursue progress, discover extraordinary_** Better is out there.
