Responsibilities

Colleague Outlet in Baghdad, Iraq is seeking a talented and dedicated Chef De Partie to join our culinary team. As a Chef De Partie, you will be responsible for overseeing a specific section of our kitchen, ensuring high-quality food preparation and efficient service delivery.

Manage and operate a designated section of the kitchen, such as sauces, grills, or pastry Prepare, cook, and present dishes according to menu specifications and quality standards Collaborate with the Head Chef and other kitchen staff to develop new menu items and improve existing recipes Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards in your designated area Train and supervise junior kitchen staff in your section Assist in inventory management and stock rotation Maintain a clean and organized work environment Contribute to the overall smooth operation of the kitchen during service times

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Chef De Partie or in a similar culinary role Strong knowledge of various cuisines and cooking techniques Excellent food preparation and presentation skills Proficiency in operating kitchen equipment and tools Valid food safety certification Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment Strong time management and organizational skills About the Company
