Job description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Staff Dining - Colleague Outlet - Supervisor to join our team in Baghdad, Iraq. In this role, you will oversee the daily operations of our staff dining facility, ensuring high-quality food service and a positive dining experience for our colleagues.

Responsibilities:

Manage and supervise the staff dining team, providing leadership, training, and supportOversee food preparation, service, and presentation to maintain quality standardsCoordinate staff schedules and assignments to ensure efficient operationsMonitor inventory levels and place orders to maintain adequate suppliesImplement and enforce health and safety regulations in the dining areaHandle cash transactions and maintain accurate financial recordsAddress customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionallyCollaborate with other departments to organize special events or catering servicesContinuously improve dining services based on colleague feedback and industry trendsQualificationsStrong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a teamExcellent customer service skills and a customer-focused mindsetProficiency in inventory management and staff schedulingKnowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in food service operationsAbility to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environmentStrong problem-solving skills and attention to detailExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsHigh school diploma or equivalent requiredFood safety certification preferredFluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus About the Company
