Job description

We are seeking a friendly and efficient staff dining - colleague outlet - attendant to join our team in Baghdad, Iraq. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to colleagues in our staff dining facility, ensuring a positive dining experience for all.

Greet and assist colleagues in a friendly and professional mannerTake food and beverage orders accurately and efficientlyServe meals and beverages in a timely mannerMaintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area and service stationsHandle cash transactions and operate point-of-sale systemsAdhere to food safety and hygiene standardsRestock supplies and assist in inventory managementCollaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service operationsAddress customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptlyParticipate in setting up and breaking down the dining area as neededQualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalentKnowledge of food handling and safety practicesAbility to work efficiently in a fast-paced environmentExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsBasic math skills and ability to handle cash transactions accuratelyTeam player with a willingness to assist colleagues as neededPrevious experience in food service or customer service preferredFood safety certification preferred About the Company
